    1. General Information

    This website is owned by Chambino Areias - Extração & Comercialização de Areias, Unipessoal Lda, headquartered at Rua do Clube Desportivo e Cultural do Casal do Marco, Loja N 1, A, Casal do Marco 2840-018, Setúbal, Portugal. The use of this website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    2. Purpose

    The website is intended for the presentation of Chambino Areias products and services, namely the sale of sand, gravel and other construction materials. The products shown are available subject to stock availability and order confirmation.

    3. Orders and Quotes

    Quote requests made through the website form do not constitute a binding order. Chambino Areias reserves the right to accept or refuse any request, as well as to correct any price or information errors. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

    4. Prices and Payment

    All prices shown are subject to confirmation and include VAT at the current legal rate. Prices may change without prior notice. Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order and may include payment on order, bank transfer or other agreed methods.

    5. Deliveries

    Deliveries are made in the Lisbon and Setúbal region, with delivery times and costs agreed upon at the time of order. Chambino Areias is not responsible for delays resulting from force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. Product pickup at company facilities is also possible, by prior appointment.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website, including texts, images, logos and trademarks, are the property of Chambino Areias or third parties who have authorized their use. Reproduction, distribution or modification of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

    7. Personal Data Protection

    Chambino Areias is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Collected data is exclusively for order processing and commercial communications. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability via email ensacagem@chambino-areias.pt.

    8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. For any dispute arising from them, the courts of Setúbal will have jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.
